In compliance with the guidelines for the promotion of gender equality and women’s empowerment, A.Y. Dadabhai Technical Institute has established the Women in Development (WID) Cell. The objective of this Cell is to promote a gender-sensitive environment within the institute, providing a platform for women students, faculty, and staff to discuss, address, and overcome issues related to gender discrimination, sexual harassment, and inequality, while ensuring equal opportunities for development.
